At the core of our SkySCHOOL Educational Organisation Management System (EOMS) policy is the value of having successful, mutually beneficial relationships with our learners and other interested parties. The SkySCHOOL EOMS is designed, developed, and implemented by us to ensure that we deliver what we commit and to continually improve our processes and services. SkySCHOOL has set EOMS objectives based on the overall corporate strategic direction, results of audits, inspection findings, management reviews, and required data analysis at different levels and functions. Employees, educators, learners, and other interested parties are responsible for reading and understanding the EOMS policy and complying with its requirements, including statutory and regulatory requirements. This EOMS policy will be reviewed by management from time to time for continuing suitability.

Terms & Conditions

Tuition Fee Policy

We offer flexible payment options—monthly, termly, or a 10-month lump sum plan with a 10% discount. A 5% sibling discount applies to the younger sibling. Guardians referring others receive a one-time USD 25 discount per successful referral. All fees are non-refundable. Invoices are sent via email, and timely payment is required to maintain access to classes. Delays may lead to restricted access to Microsoft Teams until dues are cleared. The full Admissions policy is available in the Learner and Guardian Handbook.

  1. The parent may make online payments via the payment link provided by the accountant. (SkySCHOOL will not be responsible for any loss or liability arising from the disclosure of debit/credit card details if using any payment mode other than the official link.)
  2. If the parent wishes to pay via a wire transfer instead of using a card, he/she may transfer directly to the bank account mentioned in the invoice.
  3. Records of the transaction (computerised or otherwise) for payments shall be accepted as conclusive evidence of the genuineness and accuracy of the transaction and will be binding for all purposes.
  4. The parent should ensure their account has adequate funds for a successful transaction. Any charges or levies by the service provider/bank due to an unsuccessful transaction (e.g. insufficient funds) will be recoverable from the parent.
  5. Payment options are available: monthly, termly, or lump sum annual payment. (Note: A 10% discount is available for a lump sum payment of 10 months together.)
  6. Sibling discount: 5% off for the younger sibling’s tuition fees.
  7. Referral discount: Guardians who refer other families receive a USD 25 credit per referred family. This amount is deducted from the referring guardian’s tuition fee once the new referred guardian makes their first payment. (This is a one-time discount; the referred guardian must mention the existing guardian’s name in the application form to qualify.)
  8. All fees, once paid, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  9. Invoices will be emailed by the Accounts Office to the guardian’s email address provided at the time of admission. In case of a change in email address, guardians are responsible for informing the school.
  10. Guardians must commit to paying fees on time to ensure uninterrupted access to classes.
  11. Failure to make payment before the 5th of the current month will result in the learner being marked as an “outstanding payment student.”

If payment is not received by mid-month (after a series of email reminders and WhatsApp messages), access to the Microsoft Teams platform will be restricted for the learner until all dues are settled.

Additional Payment Terms:

  • In case a charge paid online is reversed (refund or chargeback), any reimbursement costs (bank charges, etc.) will be borne by SkySCHOOL if the reversal was due to negligence on SkySCHOOL’s part.

  • These fee payment terms should be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions in the Application Form signed by the parent (those general terms also apply).
