Mrs. Qurrathul Ayn Mahir
With more than 20 years of administrative and entrepreneurial experience, Mrs. Qurrathul Ayn Mahir is a highly dedicated and committed professional. Holding a Master’s Degree in Education from University of Middlesex (UK), she has a successful record of accomplishment in coordinating with all levels of personnel. Her years of working in schools, owning and operating educational institutions in the UAE, Sri Lanka and Malaysia add strong value to operations at SkySCHOOL. She is well known for her work with educators, educational models and for supporting strategic and operational development in different educational settings.
Mrs. Rahmah Careem
Rahmah is a seasoned education professional with over 25 years of experience across Asia, the Middle East environments. She brings a rich understanding of multicultural learning environments, underpinned by a degree in Islamic Studies from Saudi Arabia and Cambridge UK qualifications in Education. With expertise in curriculum design for both primary and secondary levels, Rahmah excels at collaborating with fellow educators to deliver the highest standards of learning. She has a proven track record of transforming basic programmes into industry-standard models, many of which have been adopted as core frameworks by schools. Rahmah has been an active contributor to numerous professional development workshops and has successfully led and organised major school events. Known for her warm rapport with students, her ability to put learners at ease has been a hallmark of her educational journey from the very beginning.
Ms. Shahira Ousman
Miss Gnei Shahira Ousman is an accomplished IT & Cybersecurity Management professional and operations leader with over 15 years of experience across the education and public sectors. She has led large-scale operations and technology initiatives for international schools and government institutions. Shahira holds a postgraduate qualification in Information Technology from the British Computer Society (BCS) and completed her MBA at the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura. With a strong commitment to professional excellence, she has earned multiple certifications including ITIL 4 Foundation and Cloud Computing competencies across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. Her expertise spans cyber risk mitigation, disaster recovery planning, LMS and CRM optimization, data governance, software deployment, monitoring KPIs, driving staff capability-building, and ensuring compliance with ISO Education Management System standards.

Mr. Mohamed Hasan
An Electronics Engineer by profession, Mr. Hasan is a professional with 25+ years of experience in the Engineering Consultancy & Management sector. He has also been an entrepreneur, having started his first business in the year 2000. His exposure throughout the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia – along with his Master’s Degree in Strategic Project Management from Heriot-Watt University (Edinburgh, UK) – brings valuable insight to the SkySCHOOL diversity model. His success in business development and marketing, along with technical aptitude, will be of colossal support to SkySCHOOL.
Ustadh Abdulrahman Hassan
Ustadh Abdulrahman is uniquely positioned as an individual who combines the experience of traditional Islamic scholarship from the East with the knowledge and understanding of the West. By the tender age of 10, Allah allowed him to memorise the Qur’an and “Buloogh Al Maraam” – a book that contains more than 1,300 hadith. He then went on to formally study Islam in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Somalia, before returning to the UK as an Imam and a da’ee. He has delivered hundreds of hours of Islamic content on YouTube and has fast become a popular name amongst the English-speaking Muslim audience. Known for his ability to conduct detailed research across various Islamic issues, Ustadh Abdulrahman Hassan pushes aspiring students of knowledge to their limits and maximises their academic ambitions.
Capt. Fazaheel Faizer
Capt. Fazaheel brings over 30 years of expertise in management and operations, specialising in training, quality assurance, compliance, and contingency planning. His skills extend to business continuity, crisis management, threat and risk management, as well as safety and security. Capt. Fazaheel is a certified ISO-EOMS Lead Auditor in Education, bringing with him a proven track record of excellence in maintaining high standards across various industries.
Ms. Karen Jamieson
Miss Karen Jamieson is an experienced Headteacher and whole-school Principal, with a strong background as an education consultant, school inspector, and inspection team leader. She has led international schools across multiple countries, bringing extensive leadership and management expertise to Early Years, Primary, and Secondary settings, despite being a secondary specialist by training. Karen completed the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) in 2009 and has since built a distinguished career in school leadership and educational quality assurance. She has undertaken formal inspection training with the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE), Education Development Trust (EDT), the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI), and the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK). As both a lead and team inspector, Karen has conducted comprehensive school evaluations in the UAE and internationally. She has also contributed to national school improvement initiatives, including participating in the UAE MOE’s projects to raise standards across government and international schools in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Through these roles, she has led inspections across all school cycles and supported schools in driving sustained educational excellence.
Ms. Elizabeth Olle
Miss Elizabeth is a motivated and passionate educator with extensive experience teaching across all grade levels. Specialising in English, she holds a degree in English Literature and has developed and delivered lessons in both English Literature and Language for students from grades 1 to 11 across numerous schools and learning platforms. In addition to her teaching expertise, Miss Elizabeth serves as an IGCSE Coordinator, ensuring that the curriculum aligns with UK standards. She is dedicated to providing an online learning experience that offers the same high-quality educational value as traditional in-class instruction.
